Abuse of the email address

During abuse of my email address, e.g. with unauthorizized entries in mailing lists, etc. I keep the right to take leagal action against the operator. In each case of unauthorized mails a handling charge of 250.00 euros is raised and leagal announcement against the operator of the newsletter, which refunds mailing list, is taken  in action.
