Welcome to my webpage. First i will tell you some facts about my webpage.

History of this webpage

I created this domainname  on the 9th of January 2001. I was not willing to use my name as domainname and i thought about a name. I tought about why people shouldn't fly by this site, so the result was why fly by. On the Beginning this webpage was hosted at the great german provider "1&1".

In the Beginning this webpage looks really poor. Dark background, sharky fonts and no usefull content. (Is there any usefull content now?)

In the year 2002 i decided to make the webpage with more graphical design. But still i used java-based Navigationemenue. Anybody who knows m, know that today i don't really like java-based Parts and Flash. Beside that i started to set up a linux server in my homeoffice for testing purposes and as a mirrorsite. But i still wasn't satisfied.

In the end of 2002 i finished my first fullgraphical design. Basically the ancient of the design today. (written in August 2008)

In the year 2007 i started testing some CMS. I don't wanted to redo all contentwork with a designchange.

In 2008, as luck would have it, i found my old design from 2003. I decided to base my new design on the old template. And here it is.

This webpage and some other domains of mine and of friends are hosted on my own webserver. Anyone who likes to have a webpage on this server can send a request to me. Or you can take a look on: www.nirschl-online.net

What will i find on this webpage?

Short: you will find anything about topics which are interessting to me. Naturally about my hobbies motorcycle and computer/linux. In the topic motorcycle you will find some howtos about my bike. In the topic computer/linux you will find howtos, which i didn't find in the worldwideweb, so that others can find some informations about problems and sollutions i have found.

Additionally there is my personal blog. The pimary sense of this blog is to act as my memo. Perhaps one of my visitors will find some usefull stuff in there. But there is no garantuee that you will find something there.

Beside that ther is the  obligatory guestbook and a picture gallery.

For friends of mine there is also a internal area which allows to publish some private things. Its not for public, here is a strictlimitation for me. Sorry.

Are all articles vissible to publicity?

No. There are some areas on this webpage which are preserved to family members, friends and known people. This areas contains articles and galleries which are visible after you have signed on. This areas contains personal data which concerne not anybody.
If you like to have access as a user, write me an email and i will activate an account for you after checking your request. (Or i will not do that.)
